Just finished my run!!

I just finished my run... The breeze from that cool mist that runs from the lake... You breath and cleanse and breath and dream. I'm running a pace of my own...I take no effort! Today is my rest run and I will enjoy. Enjoy the sites, the feelings that run through my veins. Then I think about the most important person in my life. My husband. Life doesn't get any better than it is right now. All the memories I have of our relationship flood through my mind. He is the best thing that has ever happened to me. He is the most important man on this planet right now! If I had the power I would steel him away from this life right now and go and do the things we did when we first met. Boy we had fun!! I breath and cleanse and breath and cleanse. My run is done and it's time to get back to other things. *Remember the most important thing to do for yourself is the things you love and just relax and let your mind do a cleanse. When you cleanse, your mind is pushed away and you get to feel what is really important in your life.

Take A 'Time Out!'

Don't be fooled, yes you really do need a break! Remember the commercial that asked the question, "Are you burning the candle at two ends?" A lot of us answered yes in our thoughts, because it really hit the nail on the hammer how we felt, so to speak! Well they were right that life can feel like that.
The wear and tear you do to your body on a daily basis can have some detrimental effects if you do not take time out to heal. Life can be a run around, and I really mean a 'run around'!
If you spend most of your day doing things for everybody else it might be noble and a need, but come on give yourself a time-out. Or... you will be literally burning the candle at two ends and eventually burn out with some kind of degernative desease.

Think of your body full of light and energy, when you are stressed or sick the light and energy will move in negative ways away from our body. We actually are burning to much of the light and energy we need to stay healthy! When you take time out for yourself just doing something that you love, then your life takes an immediate turn around.
So your day that was to be just a regular day turns into a day where you can at least give it a 7 out of 10. Or maybe even a perfect 10! Not very many people can say they are living a 7 out 10 day. Most of us are living not much more than a 5. If you can continually keep doing for yourself each day, you are drastically improving your health of your mind and body.
When most people learn they are sick and have a disease, they ask themselves the question, "Why me?" This is usually when they decide to start improving their life and taking time-out. If you look back on life, how would you rate it in the last 5 years? Would you give it a 10 out of 10?

It is never too late, so start today and turn your life around!

Do you know what you are doing?

You should... You wake up every morning to go to work, or stay at home or maybe your at home with your children, or are you going to school.
The most important thing you have to ask yourself is... "Are you happy?" Think about it... Are you doing what you want to do every single day? Because...if your not...What are you living life for?
Do you feel disappointment when you look forward to accomplishing something for that day, but you saw yourself too busy to do it! Maybe you really wanted do some drawing or read your favourite magazine or even just a walk with you best friend. Come on now, don't tell me you didn't have the time!! You do, you have to figure out where it is in the day that you do have time. Think about all those times that you were doing the same old chores or routines over and over and over again. Life is full of that monotony and your face and posture are beginning to show it to the world. How many people can you see walking down a busy street and you could truly label them happy? Why am asking you to answer such a silly question? Well...because you should know how people are feeling. You can feel what happens at a dull party and how it changes when the life of the party walks in. Then... you know how most people are feeling every day. I guess the first give-away would be the smile, then their posture and then eye contact. Hey if they are looking at the ground or stone faced and working...they definitely need a lift. You can easily do that by just smiling and saying, "Hi." Who does it hurt? That positive emotion can do a days transformation!
Here is a tip --- When you are really feeling blue, think blue at the beach and it's nice beautiful water. Blue is an enticing colour, because it is clears your mind. Visualize it wrapping around you for comfort. Just relax and smile think back only to happy thoughts, as soon as a negative thought comes in, dunk it into a clear blue ocean. Think of yourself soaking up the cozy rays of the sun and breathing the beautiful smells of the sea!
Don't ever give up on being happy, because it is there for you to take.
