The Law of Attraction

Have you ever heard about, "The Law of Attraction"? This is the most important law that anybody needs to know. "Like attracts like". When you focus on the things that you do not like or want----all of that will come back at you. When you focus on things that you do like ---- all of the things that you do like will eventually manifest you. So, the simple action of focusing on the goods things---- will bring you good things. When you go to your away space, focus on good things.
  • Like the day you children were born and how much love you felt...
  • The day you were married...
  • The day you fell in love...
  • The day you got your new house or bike or whatever...
That feeling of happiness...Let it come back and focus on it. Every time you have a negative thought in your away space, focus on the positive thoughts of happiness. This will erase the negative thoughts that surround you. You will feel better when it is time to leave your away space!

What is That Feeling...Freedom

Freedom...The word itself sends a sense of calmness to my body. It sends a clear message that everything is going to be OK. That I am free from stress, from the things in life that keep me tied down tight. Waking in the morning and finding the sun shine down on me and it's feeding me warmth and happiness. Sometimes I roll over and grumble, then tuck my head under the blankets already feeling defeated. Defeated by who? Myself, because I just can't seem to feel happy. All these wonderful things happening around me, but I can't seem to pick myself up and saunter into a living life. Remember that feeling, that feeling of freedom walking to a friends house and not worrying! You were very young and naive. You have no feelings of conforming with society. You are just a kid. Kicking a stone infront of you, watching a bird or squirrel. Loving and living life. No one to stop you from being you. You talk to yourself or sing. You imagine and you feel what surrounds you. You are you. You are yoouuu! Ok now when I snap my fingers you are sitting at a computer endlessly typing jargon of some sort. Or you are a zombie person going from point A to point B every 8 hour of your daily life. You need to be able to take that negative away and be yourself...So make sure that you end up at your away space to unload and do nothing but that! Your happiness is depending on it. When you wake up the next morning you have an important message to send to yourself. Tell yourself that you are happy and that today will be a happy day... And it will.

Run Your Space Raw

What does the word "raw" mean when I say run your space raw. I mean with nothing that you know or learned. I mean not processing any thought. I mean fresh! Like fresh fruit that has never been tainted. New, not touched and absorbing only that natural energy that surrounds it. You are new---start over in this space. Act as if untainted, if only for a moment...You have succeeded! This is all it takes to really believe, that you have the power for just one simple step. The energy around you will absorb. Take this, because it is yours to keep until the next day wears upon you. Until you are ready to go back to your space, your away space. You run your space and you run your space raw. Follow me to...

Follow me to your away space and let yourself retire... Did you know this spot will take the clouds away? I'm going to help you fill that space with calming blue. Blue is a fascinating colour! Now... Don't think for a moment... After you are relaxed, hold the colour blue in your mind and close your eyes. That's all...just close them and don't think of anything except for blue drifting over your head and stopping, and hanging over like it wants to get to know you. This is your healing cloud. Keep it with you while you lie and think of all the many textures in life that hold that blue. The clear blue sky, the rhythmic ocean, the blue--the blue--the blue. The hue of blue is soft and subtle and easy to absorb. Let the blue come in...How? Think of your body as a sponge and let the blue soak all the way through you. Don't let it come out. Just breath as you do and don't squeeze your eyelids shut or you'll let the blue out. Don't tense your toes and scrunch your nose. Keep your legs still, still, still...and your tummy relaxed. Please don't laugh or say a word. Lie or sit back and don't think anymore. Just stay, stay in your away place. Remember this is your space, your away space, and you run your space raw. Removing yourself from the constant stimuli of life will recharge you. Removing yourself from stimuli and imagining something relaxing will not only recharge you, but also take away some of the dysfunction in your mind. *Don't forget to not be disturbed!!* Thanks for the nice comments! It felt good, like I was cleaning out all the negatives...

You really know your alive when you run against the wind--- your giving it everything you've got--- as fast as you can... But your GPS says, "too slow, too slow!" Today the warm soft air wrapped it's blanket around me and then... I went south and I was splattered by the whoosh of wind that attacked my face. I felt my eyelashes flutter! (I never knew I would ever feel this with eyelashes as short as mine!) It felt as if the wind was challenging me. "Come on Gigi, make my day!" Well then I did! I made my day by running an excellent run! It felt good, like I was cleaning out all the negatives... ... I turned to the north and the wind curled up my back, this was just too easy now! Sometimes I have to pinch myself, so I remember I'm really running and not flying. The hawks were having a blast up there and so was I!

You Can't Find Your Way to Time and Place

Yes it is frustrating you've tried and can't seem to find you space, your away space! And come on your are only asking for 15 minutes of alone time and can't even find that! To make it easier I'm going to pick a time for you and a place. You may keep the place I've found for you as long as you like. I will find 15 minutes for you too. When you think of the perfect new place then just drop me a line. It would be nice to know all the great away places. Eventually you will find a groove in your life where you have found 15 minutes of each day that suits you better. The first things to take away from your life are the time distractions, because they are probably some of the things that put stress in your life. Replace this with away time. I know you have heard this before. But...really do it. For example this is 15 minutes of TV time in the evening! Instead of watching the last half hour of TV, go to bed. Lie alone, but not ready for bed yet and just think. {If you do get ready for bed your bound to go to sleep, which is not a bad thing---But you will have lost your away time.} Think about nothing or something and make sure you do it for 15 minutes. Don't stress on trying to figure out how to tell somebody what you are doing. Just tell them you need 15 minutes of away time every day and this is the best time you can find. Eventually your family will catch on and begin to respect what this time is for you. Make sure you do this every day. So there, now you have found your away place and time. You have tipy-toed your first step on your way to understanding the root toward happiness. Check back and I'll fill you in with more...happiness tips. Go back now and grab onto that feeling. Don't let go...

Go back now and grab onto that feeling. Don't let go... It is simple, just find space. It is important to find space...Your own space. An away space. A space that you run. You run your own space. A space you call your own... You have this space and you run it raw. What I mean by this is to go find a spot that is not to far away and makes you feel good. This is your space to unload and let yourself truly relax. Make sure that everybody knows that when you are in this space, that you are not to be disturbed. This is your space to honestly get to know yourself. Sit or lie in this space and grab onto a good feeling and don't let it go...Get to know your space. Your own space or away space should remind you of a space you had when you were little. It could be a space made from raw materials. Remember when you hid in a box or under a blanket for hours, because you were sad and you wanted to be alone? This is the kind of space you want to find. It doesn't have to be a box, but you get the idea...Today so many houses are so large that their space is too large and the house has no coziness. You actually can feel lost and lonely. It is hard to find a cozy away spot in a large vaulted room! If you watch children today they will naturally unload and go to their quiet little spots away. They may go underneath the staircase, in their closet, or in the farthest corner of a room. Somewhere down the line of life we as adults have forgotten how to unload and we are lost in all the hype of life. We have forgotten who we are and what we are angry or upset or even happy about! We realize that we are unhappy. This away spot only needs 15 minutes of your time a day. There are no responsibilities for now during this time. Only that you are away...Eventually life will unfold and you will be ready to face life easier. This will be just the beginning of unwrapping your own gift of happiness. Running Life Raw and Living Happy!

How important is happiness to your family, your friends, and most importantly yourself? How do you be happy? How do you build self confidence and actually believe in yourself? How can you focus your life doing what you want and what you need to do? How do you focus on love? How do you keep you body disease free? How do combat stress? These are all really good questions. Maybe by finding an exercise module that you have a real passion for and a diet that is simple and easy ! Maybe your meditating or maybe your medicating! Or maybe there is a correct approach that is easy to follow and will make you finally able to see some happiness? Am I right? Of course I'm right, because I am doing it and feeling free. It is working for me!. But listen, I'm not quite there yet, but at least I know I'm getting there. Sometimes getting there too fast sets you up to failure and you fall really hard. This is because most people who do things fast end up missing important steps in-between and they lose faith! How much is it worth to you? Trying to Get My 5K under 30

This is the thing --- I run and run and run. Then I time it and I just can't get that 5k under 30. This is disappointing to me, because not more than 8 months ago I could easily get there. As a matter of fact I was sitting on 27.32 minutes for the 5k and on my way to getting better! Well I haven't raced in ages so maybe if I did I just might surprise myself and get that 5k under 30. This year I have been plagued with shinsplints and hip problems. Maybe I'm just trying too hard. I was thinking, because I trailrun it is more difficult to max my numbers. Trailrunning tends to demand more of a person. You run gravel and grass and slippery rivers, and watching for roots, mud, wildlife, etc. Your concentration is different than city running. You are constantly distracted by these goods things which make for a great run! The time seems to fly. I would not give up trailrunning for the world!! Then...I go to the eye doctor and we talk about what I love to do. Running... Her response was, "Oh my god your not one those runners that are always clocking your runs and chastising yourself afterwords?" She took the words right out of my mouth! So I sweetly answered, "Yeeessss." I'm too busy racing myself! Isn't that what running is all about though.??! I love the challenge, so I thought... It's time to put the jogger back in the runner!
